Information on the processing of personal data according to the article 13-14 Reg.to EU 2016/679

ARPE will process, as data controller, your personal data according to the European Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), and informs users that the personal data will be processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner in relation to the data subject, collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner that is incompatible with those purposes.

The right to object, in whole or in part:

  1. on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning themselves, even though the data is relevant to the purpose of the collection;
  2. to the processing of personal data concerning themselves, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys
